Do I need a gym or any equipment?+
No gym needed. All you need is some dumbbells, a mat, access to the internet, and an exercise ball (specifics are explained once inside the program). If you are in the Transformation or Premium tier, you also need to be able to open a Zoom link on whatever device you choose (phone, desktop, laptop, iPad).
I haven't trained in years. Is this for beginners?+
Absolutely. Dan has decades of experience training groups of women who are at various levels โ€” including beginners. No matter where you're at, Dan always gives modifications so everyone is challenged based on where they're at. Whether you are experienced, or just starting out, Ignite After 50 accommodates you.
Is this type of exercise safe for my joints and bones?+
Yes โ€” and done correctly, strength training is one of the best things you can do for your joint health and bone density. Every session is designed with joint protection as a foundation. Low-impact modifications are always given for pre-existing issues with knees, hips, shoulders, back, and so on.
What's the difference between the three plans?+
Essential gives you on-demand strength training, weekly nutrition challenges, meal plans, and the 100+ extra workout library to follow at your own pace. Transformation adds weekly live sessions, personal coach responses within 24 hours, monthly check-ins, and an expanded community Q&A support group. Premium adds VIP direct private access to Dan โ€” support weekdays 9โ€“5 EST, premium workout, nutrition, motivational support and guidance, and an exclusive member cap โ€” limited to 20 members only.
Do I need to enter my card for the free trial?+
Yes โ€” a card is required to hold your spot and to prove you are a real person, but you will not be charged until your trial ends.
